The Pahrump Valley Livestock & Horsemen's Association
is a non-profit organization formed to support and maintain Pahrump's rural, animal keeping lifestyle and to become a public and political voice in such matters.
Our goal is to gain local support for this organization by increasing the membership and participation of the area residents, to protect the integrity of the existing trails, a voice in trail development, obtain easements in new subdivisions, to educate the public and raise awareness of the advantages (both economic and ecological) in having a livestock population in the community and attend government meetings dealing with our livestock conservation community.
We do not endorse candidates for office but we do support policies and issues that enhance the rural lifestyle Pahrump has embraced.
